Meet Zeus (gray/white) and Apollo (tri color)! They’re both extremely sweet guinea pigs that lick, but never bite. Although they haven’t been played with often they’re still friendly. They will run away when you first go to get them out of their cage, but once they’re out of their cage they’re fine. They’re very gluttonous and will eat everything given to them, so they need to be limited on how much they eat. I WILL NOT SEPERATE THEM!!! they love each other’s company and you can often hear them talk to each other. Zeus is dominate and may ‘growl’ (more like a chattering nouse) at Apollo, But is not aggressive towards him at all. They often talk back and forth and are much happier together. Apollo also likes to be pet up and down his lower back along his spine, which will grant you a chattering noise or ‘pur’, that is different from the one Zeus makes. $60 adoption fee for the two boys, plus everything they need EXCEPT FOR CAGE & HAY! which includes: 16oz water bottle and vitamin C drops (they will not drink more than 8 oz a day and water & drops have to be changed daily to prevent scurvy, so I usually just fill the bottle half way and add 16 drops to prevent wasting them.), pellets, food dish, treats, toy, hanging hay feeder, and blankets. They love to eat bell peppers too, we usually feed them half a bell pepper a day, a small handful of food, and enough hay to fill their feeder. Bell peppers are a good source of vitamin C, which they cannot make on there own! Please contact me at (662)629-0998 if you’re interested or have questions.
Sorry, NO. Please do not contact the owner and ask about shipping guinea pigs. It is NOT possible. Please look for guinea pigs LOCAL to you! That's what this site is for--helping you find a guinea pig close to home to adopt and love.
Yes, that one is adorable and looks just like the one you must have for your very important reason or you will not be able to go on living. But, there are many more in your area that are just as wonderful. Perhaps they are not listed here, but they can be found. The piggy in need waiting for you near your own back yard might look a little different, but could melt your heart anyway!
